Talk about your experiences as a student. What is your major/minor? Have you participated in activities or campus organizations other than soccer?
My experience as a student was great. I am currently in grad school to become a school counselor. I originally started my freshman two years at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia before joining Assumption in 2019.

What do you think your teammates would say is your best quality?
My teammates would say that my best quality is that I work hard every day. I do the little things, whether it’s running after a workout, watching extra hours of movies, or having a weekly massage, to keep my body healthy.

What role do you see yourself in in the team? Which scheme and/or position suits your skills?
I consider myself one of the leaders in the team. I may not always verbalise it, but it will also show in my work.

Who is the best player you’ve ever played in college?
Frankly, that’s a tough question. I have a few in mind but none that I can say was the best.

Which of your teammates impresses you the most?
I would have to go with Tre’Sean Bouie. He joined the track team last season and not only broke several school records in the 400, but was also named Rookie of the Year in the NE-10. I find that extremely impressive because he hasn’t run a competitive distance in 3 years and has accomplished a lot in such a short amount of time.

Describe a time in your life when you overcame a struggle.
I had a season-ending injury in my true first year and wasn’t in a good place mentally. The following year I was able to find myself again and regain my self-confidence.

If you didn’t play soccer, what other sport would you play?
I would go with boxes. i love boxing I’m set for fights every weekend.

What are you most proud of? What would you say is your greatest achievement so far?
I would say that I am proud to be in a position where I will have two degrees in a year. My greatest sporting achievement would be to be the top returnee in all of D2.

Describe one of the most memorable pieces of your college career.
My second career game for me as a starter this past season, I caught my first career interception and returned it for a touchdown.

Do you have a favorite athlete or a professional team? Is there a player that you modeled your game on?
I’m a big fan of Darius Slay as fellow CB. As a team, I like the Dallas Cowboys. A player I would model for my game would be Mike Hilton. He can cover and doesn’t shy away from sticking his nose into the running game. Two things that I think a DB needs.

Who is your favorite musician? What gets you going before a game?
I like Drake but on game day I listen to a lot of Kodak, EST GEE and Shordie Shordie.

What is your favorite comfort food?
Chinese. It’s my pre-game meal I had to have every Friday night.

Do you have a favorite movie, series or actor?
Friday is my favorite movie.

What you do in your free time? do you have any hobbies Any secret talents?
I enjoy playing video games, spending time with family, and watching Animal Planet. That’s one thing people don’t really know about me. I love animals and will talk about them all day if I could.

why are you playing soccer Who or what motivates you the most?
My father and my brother motivate me to play soccer. Both are key pieces in my life and have a lot to do with my previous success. My dad had no college football experience, so seeing him celebrate when I play games makes me all the happier.
